During booking in BA’s website you will be presented with further options to use less Avios for more cash, including the pre-RFS pricing with adjusted bands.
If you are using a Upgrade Voucher such as BA Barclays Upgrade then the pricing of the lower cabin would apply, i.e you will pay for Premium Economy pricing but be booked in Business.
If you are using Companion Voucher for First Class then these list First Avios prices will always but with either a 50% discount for Single person or only applied once for 2 people.
